يطلب إلى حكومة بيلاروس أن تتعاون تعاوناً كاملاً مع المقرر الخاص وأن تسمح له بزيارة البلد، وأن تقدم جميع المعلومات الضرورية لتيسير اضطلاعه بولايته؛

Calls upon the Government of Belarus to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur and to provide him/her access to visit the country, as well as the information necessary to facilitate the fulfilment of the mandate;

Exhorta al Gobierno de Belarús a cooperar plenamente con el Relator Especial y a darle acceso al país para que pueda visitarlo, y a suministrarle la información necesaria para facilitar el desempeño de su mandato;
