If a licensee meets the criteria set out in that subsection, its basic monthly fee in (name of licensed area) will no longer be regulated by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission under Part 5 of the Regulations unless the Commission intervenes to suspend or disallow the proposed deregulation.
