The analysing group further noted that the Democratic Republic of the Congo, unlike other requesting States, had not provided a breakdown of costs or an explanation of the method use to derive these estimates (e.g., for “coordination”), and, in this context, noted the importance for the purposes of mobilising resources of specifying how funds will be spent.
