Article 7 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, entitled “Language of proceedings”, provides for norms merely related to the selection of the language — Armenian or, in case Armenian is incomprehensible language, a possibility to select another language where translation services of an interpreter are provided, however it does not contain any norm related to the cases where one of the parties acting in court has functional hearing or speech disorder.

En el artículo 7 del Código de Procedimiento Civil de la República de Armenia, titulado “Idioma de las actuaciones”, figuran las normas correspondientes estrictamente a la selección del idioma (armenio o, en caso de no entenderse la lengua armenia, la posibilidad de elegir otro idioma que se traduzca mediante los servicios de un intérprete), pero no se indican normas en caso de que una de las partes que ha entablado una acción jurídica tenga un trastorno funcional auditivo o del habla.

Статья 7 Гражданского процессуального кодекса Республики Армения, озаглавленная «Язык судопроизводства», предусматривает нормы, касающиеся лишь выбора языка: армянского или, если человек не понимает по-армянски, – возможность выбора иного языка, когда обеспечиваются переводческие услуги устного переводчика, однако она не содержит никакой нормы в связи со случаями, когда одна из сторон, выступающих в суде, страдает функциональным расстройством слуха или речи.
