(6) Eine Untersuchung nach Absatz 1 wird nur dann eingeleitet, wenn geprüft wurde, in welchem Maß der Antrag von den Unionsherstellern der gleichartigen Ware unterstützt oder abgelehnt wird, und daraufhin festgestellt wurde, dass der Antrag von einem Wirtschaftszweig der Union oder in seinem Namen gestellt wurde.

6. An investigation shall not be initiated pursuant to paragraph 1 unless it has been determined, on the basis of an examination as to the degree of support for, or opposition to, the complaint expressed by Union producers of the like product, that the complaint has been made by, or on behalf of, the Union industry.

(6) Az (1) bekezdés értelmében csak abban az esetben kezdeményezhető vizsgálat, ha az Unió hasonló terméket előállító gyártói/termelői által benyújtott panaszigény ügyében lefolytatott vizsgálat során kialakított támogató és ellenző álláspontok aránya alapján megállapítást nyert, hogy a panaszt az uniós gazdasági ágazat helyett és nevében nyújtották be.

(6) Nu se deschide o examinare, în conformitate cu alineatul (1), decât în cazul în care s-a determinat, pe baza unei examinări a gradului de susținere sau de opoziție la plângerea exprimată de către producătorii din Uniune ai produsului similar, că plângerea a fost prezentată de către industria Uniunii sau în numele acesteia.
