ولكل من الزوجين أن يمارس بحريةٍ إدارة أمواله، وله حرية التصرف الفردي فيها دون موافقة الزوج الآخر أياًّ كانت طبيعة هذه الأموال، منقولةً أو غيرَ منقولة.

Each spouse can freely administer his/her estates and have them at individual disposition and without the consent of the other, whatever the nature of the estates, either mobile or immovable.
