Using figures from Eurostat and Refinitiv, a recent article in the Financial Times (‘Young people struggle in eurozone's two-tier labour market,’17.07.2019(’) reported that, despite the eurozone’s economic recovery, young people still face high unemployment rates, precarious working conditions, underemployment and long periods of inactivity.
