وتلاحظ اللجنة أن محامية صاحب البلاغ سحبت الادعاءات المتعلقة بظروف الاحتجاز على أساس أن صاحب البلاغ لم يستنفد سبل الانتصاف المحلية، وبالتالي فهي لا ترى داعياً لمواصلة النظر في هذه المسألة.

The Committee notes that counsel for the author has withdrawn the claims relating to conditions of detention on the grounds of non‐exhaustion of domestic remedies, and thus does not further address this issue.
