EHSV se domnívá, že úkol spravovat finanční prostředky je „náročný“ pro daňové orgány, stejně tak jako pro finanční sektor, i přesto, že ten je připraven takovéto služby poskytovat: nicméně spravování těchto prostředků bude spojeno s výdaji, které budou muset uhradit daňoví poplatníci nebo daňové orgány.

Η ΕΟΚΕ παρατηρεί ότι εάν το έργο διαχείρισης των χρημάτων είναι «επαχθές» για τις φορολογικές διοικήσεις, το ίδιο επαχθές θα είναι και για τον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα, που είναι βέβαια εξοπλισμένος για την παροχή της υπηρεσίας αυτής: η διαχείριση όμως αυτή θα έχει κόστος, το οποίο θα επιβαρύνει τους φορολογούμενους ή τις φορολογικές διοικήσεις.

The EESC notes that the task of managing these monies would be just as ‘burdensome’ for the financial authorities as it is for the tax authorities, although the financial authorities are certainly equipped to provide this service. This management of monies would, however, have a cost, which would be borne by the taxpayers or tax authorities.

Le CESE note que si la gestion des sommes perçues est une tâche «lourde» pour les administrations fiscales, elle l'est tout autant pour le secteur financier, même si celui-ci dispose certainement des moyens nécessaires pour prester ce service: cette gestion comporterait néanmoins un coût, qui serait supporté par les contribuables ou par les administrations fiscales.

Het EESC merkt op dat als het geldbeheer omslachtig is voor de belastingdiensten, dit ook zo zal zijn voor de financiële sector, die echter wel is toegerust voor deze dienstverlening: aan een dergelijk beheer kleven natuurlijk kosten, die voor rekening komen van de belastingbetaler of de belastingdiensten.
