I saa henseende maa det principielt, indtil andet bevises, fastslaas, at Parlamentets organer i overensstemmelse med regeringernes afgoerelse fra 1965 og Domstolens domme ikke maa anfaegte Luxembourgs stilling som Parlamentets sekretariats arbejdssted.

In that regard, it is to be assumed, until there is proof to the contrary, that, in accordance with the decision adopted by the Governments in 1965 and the case-law of the Court, the Parliament' s bodies must not call in question Luxembourg' s position as the place of work of the Secretariat.
