Reason for the discussion was on the one hand the imprecise description of the mode selection in the UN GTR No. 15 (state of play end of phase 1a) and on the other hand the desire to bring the EV section in line with conventional vehicles concerning the mode selection in case of the existence of a predominant mode.

Ces discussions s’expliquaient, d’un côté, par le caractère imprécis de la description de la sélection des modes dans le RTM no 15 (état d’avancement à la fin de la phase 1 a)) et, de l’autre, par le souci de mettre la section sur les VE en conformité avec les véhicules conventionnels concernant la sélection des modes dans le cas où il existerait un mode prédominant.

Причиной проведения такого обсуждения было, с одной стороны, неточное описание способа выбора режима в ГТП No 15 ООН (по состоянию на конец этапа 1а) и, с другой стороны, желание привести раздел по ЭМ в соответствие с обычными транспортными средствами в отношении способа отбора при наличии преимущественного режима.
