In fact, the central challenge for African countries is to have a unified framework for negotiation and cooperation with both emerging and old partners that will help them maximize gains in terms of trade, FDI and other kinds of capital flows, technology transfer, loans and aid, especially from emerging large economies such as China, India, Brazil, the Republic of Korea and Turkey.

En fait, le principal enjeu pour les pays africains consiste à se doter d’un cadre unifié de négociation et de coopération face à leurs partenaires anciens et nouveaux, lequel les aidera à maximaliser leurs gains en matière d’échanges, d’IDE et d’autres types de capitaux, de transferts de technologie, de prêts et d’aide, surtout s’agissant des grandes économies émergents comme la Chine, l’Inde, le Brésil, la République de Corée ou la Turquie.
