إن قانون السلطة القضائية الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم # قد رتب المحاكم على درجات ووفر كل وسائل استقلال القضاء وأنشأ إدارةً للتفتيش القضائي لمراقبة سلامة سير العدالة، وأناط بها الاختصاص بكل شؤون القضاة: تعييناً وترقية وتأديباً وتفتيشاً بمجالس قضائية أو قضاة، وذلك كله لضمان استقلال ونزاهة وعدل القضاء

The Judiciary Act promulgated by Royal Decree No # arranges the courts in order of instance, makes available all means for the independence of the judiciary, establishes a judicial inspection department to monitor the safety of justice and vest in judicial commissions the authority to appoint, promote, discipline and inspect judges, all in order to guarantee the independence, impartiality and fairness of the judiciary

La Ley del poder judicial promulgada por Decreto real No # clasifica los tribunales por instancia, pone a disposición todos los medios necesarios para la independencia del poder judicial, establece un departamento de inspección judicial para vigilar la seguridad de la justicia y establece comisiones judiciales facultadas para nombrar, promover, sancionar e inspeccionar a los jueces, con miras a garantizar la independencia, imparcialidad y justicia del poder judicial
