وللمرة الأولى، حضرت الاجتماع منظمة شركاء أوروبيون من أجل مكافحة الفساد ووكالة التعاون التقني الألمانية والمنظمة العالمية للبرلمانيين المناهضين للفساد والوكالة النرويجية للتعاون الإنمائي والوكالة السويسرية للتنمية والتعاون، علاوة على المقرر الخاص للجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان.

For the first time, the meeting was attended by the European Partners against Corruption, the German Agency for Technical Cooperation, the Global Organization of Parliamentarians against Corruption, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, as well as by the Special Rapporteur of the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights.
