Authorities We examined a series of orders3 filed by counsel for the co-applicants in which serious omissions, maladministration, illegal receipts or payments or other offences were noted, and we see that in the three cases in which the Superintendent of Bankruptcy’s delegate cancelled the licence of a particular trustee, that is in Miller, Rainville and Rusinek, the latter had already announced their intention not to renew their licences.
