وتقوم السلطة الوطنية المسؤولة عن تنفيذ اتفاقية الأسلحة الكيميائية برصد جميع الصادرات والواردات من المواد الكيميائية المجدولة، وفقا للأحكام ذات الصلة من الاتفاقية، وذلك بالتعاون الوثيق مع إدارة الجمارك.

A National Authority responsible for the implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention, monitors all imports and exports of scheduled chemicals, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Convention, in close co-ordination with the Department of Customs.

Un organismo nacional responsable de la aplicación de esta Convención controla todas las importaciones y exportaciones de las sustancias químicas que figuran en los anexos de la Convención, según las correspondientes disposiciones de ésta, en estrecha coordinación con el Departamento de Aduanas.
