“The Security Council condemns with the utmost firmness the massacre of some # people, most of them women and children, which occurred on # uly # in Ntulu-Mamba, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
On 13 July, the Council adopted a presidential statement (S/PRST/2005/31) condemning, with the utmost firmness, the massacre of some 50 people on 9 July at Ntulu-Mamba, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Although the death adders resemble vipers of the family Viperidae, they are actually members of the family Elapidae, being more closely related to cobras, mambas, and coral snakes.
