55 Selon une jurisprudence constante, une association constituée pour promouvoir les intérêts collectifs d'une catégorie de justiciables ne saurait être individuellement concernée, au sens de l'article 173, quatrième alinéa, du traité, par un acte affectant les intérêts généraux de cette catégorie (voir, notamment, ordonnance Greenpeace e.a. /Commission, précitée, point 59, confirmée par l'arrêt Greenpeace Council e.a. /Commission, précité, et ordonnance de la Cour du 18 décembre 1997, Sveriges Betodlares et Henrikson/Commission, C-409/96 P, Rec. p.
