(7) If technological restructuring cannot be completed by the term specified in subsection (5) of this section due to economical or technical reasons, the operator shall submit an application for a permit to the Minister of the Environment who shall decide on the grant thereof pursuant to the procedure provided for in this Act.

(7) Kui tehnilisi ümberkorraldusi ei ole käesoleva paragrahvi lõikes 5 nimetatud tähtajaks võimalik majanduslikel või tehnilistel põhjustel teha, peab käitaja esitama kompleksloa taotluse keskkonnaministrile, kes otsustab kompleksloa andmise käesolevas seaduses sätestatud korras.
