Ha Husz János és a hozzá hasonlók bírálták is az egyházat, Domremyben ez senkinek a hitét sem ingatta, mikor pedig tizennégy éves koromban több részre szakadt az egyház, és három pápánk is volt egyszerre, Domremyben senkinek sem okozott fejfájást, hogy melyiket kövesse: csak a római pápa lehetett az igazi - az a pápa, aki nem Rómában székelt, nem is volt pápa a szemünkben.
