Nevertheless, the faculty did not cease to work because the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb allowed the classes to be held in their classrooms.
The Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology at the University of Zagreb was founded 27 years ago , although the studies of food technology and biotechnology have a much longer tradition which goes back to the year 1921.
A press conference was held after the meeting during which project beneficiaries from the IPA Operational Programme " Regional Competitiveness " briefly presented two projects as successful examples of projects co-financed from the pre-accession unds : Sour Cherry Maraska as an ingredient of funcional food , project implemented by the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology from Zagreb - Zadar Centre , and Improvement of Business Competitiveness through E-Business .
