Consequently, the interpretation of Article 6 in Muras, in which it was held that a product ‘which could not be marketed within the Community’ under normal conditions would not meet the requirements as to quality conferring entitlement to export refunds (paragraph 12), cannot in my view be transposed, on that specific point, to Article 13 of Regulation No 3665/87.
Daaruit blijkt dat de uitlegging van dit artikel 6 in het reeds aangehaalde arrest Muras, waarin is geoordeeld dat een product „dat op het grondgebied van de Gemeenschap niet onder normale omstandigheden [...] kan worden verhandeld”, niet aan de vereiste kwaliteitseisen voldoet om recht te geven op uitvoerrestituties (punt 12), mijns inziens op dit speciale punt niet op artikel 13 van verordening nr. 3665/87 kan worden toegepast.EurLex-2 EurLex-2
