Budući da je u tom predmetu riječ o ugovoru o zakupu poslovnog prostora od strane odvjetničkog društva, Sud je istaknuo da je, prema dostupnim informacijama, u ugovoru bilo utvrđeno da, osim zakupa prostora, zakupodavac mora zakupniku osigurati više usluga iz kojih proizlaze režije čije neplaćanje može dovesti do raskida ugovora o zakupu.
