Het communautaire bestek voor de structurele bijstandsverlening van de Gemeenschap in de onder doelstelling 2 vallende kantons Esch sur Alzette en Capellen in het Groothertogdom Luxemburg tijdens de periode van 1 januari 1989 tot en met 31 december 1991 wordt goedgekeurd.
The Community support framework for Community structural assistance during the period 1 January 1989 to 31 December 1991 in the cantons of Esch-sur-Alzette and Capellen (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), which are eligible under objective 2, the period from 1 January 1989 to 31 December 1991, is hereby approved.

Overwegende dat de Commissie op 20 december 1989, overeenkomstig de bepalingen van artikel 9, lid 9, van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2052/88, het communautair bestek voor de kantons Esch-sur-Alzette en Capellen in het Groothertogdom Luxemburg voor de periode 1989-1991 heeft goedgekeurd;
Whereas, pursuant to Article 9 (9) of Regulation (EEC) No 2052/88, on 20 December 1989 the Commission adopted the Community support framework for the cantons of Esch-sur-Alzette and Capellen (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) for 1989 to 1991;

Overwegende dat de Regering van Luxemburg op 1 augustus 1989 bij de Commissie het in artikel 9, lid 8, van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2052/88 bedoelde plan heeft ingediend voor de kantons Esch-sur-Alzette en Capellen in het Groothertogdom Luxemburg die onder doelstelling 2 vallen;
Whereas on 1 August 1989 the Luxembourg Government submitted to the Commission the regional and social conversion plan referred to in Article 9 (8) of Regulation (EEC) No 2052/88 in respect of the cantons of Esch-sur-Alzette and Capellen eligible under Objective 2 in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg;
