Die gleichfalls in Artikel 55 (2) EPÜ vorgeschriebene Ausstellungsbescheinigung ist gemäß Regel 23 Satz 1 EPÜ innerhalb einer Frist von vier Monaten nach Einreichung der Anmeldung einzureichen.
