Accordingly, it is appropriate to ensure that each of those regulations is applied in a manner compatible with the other and which enables a coherent application of them (see, by analogy, judgments of 29 June 2010, Commission v Bavarian Lager, C‐28/08 P, EU:C:2010:378, paragraph 56, and of 28 June 2012, Commission v Éditions Odile Jacob, C‐404/10 P, EU:C:2012:393, paragraph 110).
