Overeenkomstig artikel 10, lid 2, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1831/2003 in samenhang met artikel 7 daarvan zijn twee aanvragen ingediend voor de herbeoordeling van riboflavine geproduceerd door Ashbya gossypii (DSM 23096), riboflavine geproduceerd door Bacillus subtilis (DSM 17339 en/of DSM 23984) en riboflavine-5′-fosfaat, mononatriumzout geproduceerd door Bacillus subtilis (DSM 17339 en/of DSM 23984) voor alle diersoorten, waarbij is verzocht om die toevoegingsmiddelen in de categorie "nutritionele toevoegingsmiddelen" in te delen.
In accordance with Article 10(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 in conjunction with Article 7 thereof, two applications were submitted for the re-evaluation of riboflavin produced by Ashbya gossypii (DSM 23096), riboflavin produced by Bacillus subtilis (DSM 17339 and/or DSM 23984) and riboflavin 5′-phosphate sodium salt produced by Bacillus subtilis (DSM 17339 and/or DSM 23984) for all animal species, requesting those additives to be classified in the additive category ‘nutritional additives’.
