3 Bij beschikking van 19 januari 2005 betreffende het Plan Rivesaltes en de parafiscale heffingen van het Comité interprofessionnel des vins doux naturels et vins de liqueur à appellations contrôlées (CIVDN) die door Frankrijk zijn uitgevoerd, heeft de Commissie zich uitgesproken over de rechtmatigheid van verschillende door de Franse Republiek genomen maatregelen betreffende natuurlijke zoete wijnen uit het gebied Pyrénées-Orientales (hierna: „beschikking”).

De twee genoemde sectorale bijdragen werden ingetrokken bij Besluit 99-1 van 17 december 1999, waarbij het CIVDN een sectorale bijdrage heeft ingesteld voor de financiering van acties inzake reclame/promotie en exploitatie voor de volgende gecontroleerde oorsprongsbenamingen: „Banyuls”, „Banyuls Grand Cru”, „Muscat de Rivesaltes”, „Rivesaltes”, „Grand Roussillon” en „Maury”.
