Dienaangaande preciseert verzoekster ten slotte dat zij reeds in haar op 19 november 2001 bij het Bezirksgericht Wien Innere Stadt ingediende inleidende verzoekschrift had verzocht het Hof ter prejudiciële beslissing de vraag voor te leggen of een nationale bepaling waarbij de steun tot een bepaalde oppervlakte per jaar wordt begrensd, verenigbaar is met het gemeenschapsrecht.
