Den 6 november 2009 ansökte företaget Bluebach Ressources, med huvudkontor på adressen 178, boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, FRANCE, om exklusiva tillstånd för prospektering efter flytande eller gasformiga kolväten under en period av fem (5) år (”Dessenheim-tillstånd”, ”Sierentz-tillstånd”, ”Dannemarie-tillstånd” och ”Staffelfelden-tillstånd”) inom ett område på cirka 2 625 km2 i de franska departementen Bas-Rhin (67), Haut-Rhin (68) och Territoire de Belfort (90). Dessutom ansöker de om exklusiva tillstånd för prospektering efter flytande eller gasformiga kolväten under en period av fyra (4) år (”Seebach-tillstånd”) inom ett område på cirka 329 km2 i det franska departementet Bas-Rhin (67).
