(2) Die Anwendung genormter organisatorischer Verfahren und Bedingungen, unter denen Laboruntersuchungen für die nichtklinische Prüfung von Chemikalien zum Schutz des Menschen, der Tiere und der Umwelt geplant, durchgeführt, aufgezeichnet und mitge teilt werden - so genannte gute Laborpraxis (GLP) - trägt dazu bei, den Mitglied staaten Gewissheit hinsichtlich der Qualität der gewonnenen Prüfdaten zu verschaffen.
