Where the results of the risk assessment carried out in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 92/85 ‘reveal a risk to the safety or health or an effect on the pregnancy or breastfeeding of a worker within the meaning, of Article 2’, Article 5(1) and (2) of that directive provide that the employer is required temporarily to adjust the working conditions and/or the working hours or, if that is not technically and/or objectively feasible or cannot reasonably be required on duly substantiated grounds, to move the worker concerned to another job, in order to avoid exposing that worker to such risks.
