(2) Irlanti, Alankomaat ja Yhdistynyt kuningaskunta ovat pyytäneet komission pääsihteeristössä 11 päivänä marraskuuta 1999 kirjatuilla kirjeillä lupaa jatkaa useita neuvoston 31 päivään joulukuuta 1999 asti myötämiä lupia 31 päivään joulukuuta 2003 saakka.
(2) By letters received by the Secretariat-General of the Commission on 11 November 1999, Ireland, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland requested the extension until 31 December 2003 of several authorisations originally granted by the Council until 31 December 1999.
