66 En l’espèce, il ressort de l’article 2, paragraphe 3, de l’AEntG que, lorsqu’un employeur établi hors d’Allemagne occupe des travailleurs sur le territoire de cet État membre, il est tenu de conserver certains documents, en langue allemande, pendant toute la durée de l’occupation effective des travailleurs détachés et au moins pendant la durée du chantier complet, sans toutefois que cette obligation soit imposée au-delà d’un délai de deux ans, de façon à pouvoir présenter ces documents sur le chantier à la demande des autorités de contrôle.
66 In this case, it is clear from Paragraph 2(3) of the AEntG that when an employer established outside of Germany employs workers in Germany it is required to retain specific documents, in German, for the duration of the posted worker’s stay and for, at least, the duration of the building project, without, however, this obligation running beyond a period of two years, so that the documents can be presented at the building site at the request of the supervisory authorities.EurLex-2 EurLex-2
