Dezember 2011 zu gestatten, dass Lachse (Salmo salar), Heringe (Clupea harengus), Flussneunaugen (Lampetra fluviatilis), Forellen (Salmo trutta), Saiblinge (Salvelinus spp) und Rogen der Kleinen Maräne (Coregonus albula) aus dem Ostseegebiet, die in ihrem Hoheitsgebiet zum Verzehr bestimmt sind und die höhere Dioxingehalte und/oder Gehalte der Summe aus Dioxinen und dioxinähnlichen PCB als die in Nummer 5.3 des Anhangs aufgeführten Werte aufweisen, in ihrem Hoheitsgebiet in Verkehr gebracht werden, sofern ein System vorhanden ist, mit dem sichergestellt wird, dass die Verbraucher umfassend über die Verzehrsempfehlungen informiert werden, die die Einschränkung des Verzehrs dieser Fischarten aus dem Ostseegebiet durch bestimmte gefährdete Bevölkerungsgruppen betreffen, um so potenzielle Gesundheitsrisiken zu vermeiden. Finnland und Schweden teilen der Kommission bis zum 31.
By way of derogation from Article 1, Finland and Sweden may authorise until 31 December 2011 the placing on their market of salmon (Salmo salar), herring (Clupea harengus), river lamprey (Lampetra fluviatilis), trout (Salmo trutta), char (Salvelinus spp.) and roe of vendace (Coregonus albula) originating in the Baltic region and intended for consumption in their territory with levels of dioxins and/or levels of the sum of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs higher than those set out in point 5.3 of the Annex, provided that a system is in place to ensure that consumers are fully informed of the dietary recommendations with regard to the restrictions on the consumption of these fish species from the Baltic region by identified vulnerable sections of the population in order to avoid potential health risks.EurLex-2 EurLex-2
