The original restaurant, specialized in tapas and commanded by Chef Sebastián Tarica, offers entries, main courses and desserts, besides the traditional Tapeo (for two), which consists on a tasting of 14 dishes served at 8 stages: potatoes pinchos with ali-oli, meat sticks spiced with sweet pepper, pea pudding with jam and cocoa cookies, Napolitano bologna, carrots filled with mushrooms and Parmesan cheese, corn caramel, pounded olives breaded in peanut, its original bagnacauda, soup, homemade sausages with tomato sauce and coconut, fish fried crackling, lamb testicles with lemon and potatoes, and Galician squids.
