Thanks to its popularity, its uses have evolved and it is also used in cocktails including the following: ‘Agua de Mallorca’ containing the sweet variety of ‘Hierbas’, kiwi and ‘gaseosa’ [sweetened soda water]; ‘El viento del Teix de Mallorca’ containing the unsweetened variety of ‘Hierbas’, Cointreau and blue After Shock; ‘Cielo abierto’ containing blended ‘Hierbas’, coconut milk and a dash of crème de cacao; and ‘Ca Nostra’ containing unsweetened ‘Hierbas’, Palo de Mallorca and Gin de Mahón.
