51 It should be noted here that, prior to considering the three factors referred to above, the President of the Court of First Instance referred to the case-law to the effect that, save in exceptional circumstances, pecuniary damage cannot be regarded as irreparable or even as reparable only with difficulty since it may be the subject of subsequent financial compensation (see, in particular, the order of the President of the Court of Justice in Case C-471/00 P(R) Commission v Cambridge Healthcare Supplies [2001] ECR I-2865, paragraph 113).
51 I detta hänseende skall det erinras om att förstainstansrättens ordförande, före beaktandet av de tre ovannämnda omständigheterna, erinrade om den praxis enligt vilken en ekonomisk skada inte kan anses irreparabel eller ens svår att avhjälpa, förutom i undantagsfall, eftersom den kan avhjälpas genom ekonomisk ersättning vid ett senare tillfälle (se bland annat beslut av domstolens ordförande av den 11 april 2001 i mål C-471/00 P(R), kommissionen mot Cambridge Healthcare Supplies, REG 2001, s.
