In die omstandigheden is het denkbaar dat het relevante publiek de door de conflicterende merken aangeduide kleding als behorend tot twee afzonderlijke, doch van eenzelfde onderneming afkomstige productlijnen beschouwt (zie in die zin arrest Fifties, reeds aangehaald, punt 49).
In such circumstances it is conceivable that the relevant public may regard the clothing designated by the conflicting marks as belonging, admittedly, to two distinct ranges of products but as coming, none the less, from the same undertaking (see, to this effect, Fifties, paragraph 49).EurLex-2 EurLex-2
