Voor het in bovenstaande overweging bedoelde product zijn de in artikel #, lid #, onder a), van Verordening (EG) nr. #/# vastgestelde voorwaarden voor de wederinstelling van de douanerechten momenteel derhalve vervuld
The conditions laid down for reintroducing customs duties in accordance with Article #(a) of Regulation (EC) No #/# are therefore currently met for the product referred to in the recital above

Voor het in bovenstaande overweging bedoelde product zijn de in artikel 1, lid 2, onder a), van Verordening (EG) nr. 608/2008 vastgestelde voorwaarden voor de wederinstelling van de douanerechten momenteel derhalve vervuld.

DE IN DE VERORDENING BEDOELDE SCHORSING VAN DE DOUANERECHTEN KAN DERHALVE NIET WORDEN TOEGEPAST OP INGEVOERDE GOEDEREN DIE VOOR DE WEDERINSTELLING VAN DE DOUANERECHTEN BIJ DE DOUANE ZIJN AANGEBRACHT EN TER INKLARING ZIJN AANGEGEVEN , INDIEN HET CERTIFICAAT VAN OORSPRONG EERST IS OVERGELEGD NA HET TIJDSTIP WAAROP DIE WEDERINSTELLING VAN KRACHT IS GEWORDEN .
ACCORDINGLY , THE SUSPENSION OF CUSTOMS DUTIES PROVIDED FOR IN THE REGULATION MAY NOT BE APPLIED TO GOODS IMPORTED AND ENTERED FOR FREE CIRCULATION BEFORE THE RE-INTRODUCTION OF CUSTOMS DUTIES IF THE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN IS PRODUCED AFTER THE RE-INTRODUCTION HAS COME INTO EFFECT .

In het kader van de voorafgaande bepalingen cooerdineert de Commissie de procedures tot wederinstelling van de normale douanerechten, met name door de gemeenschappelijke datum mede te delen voor de gehele Gemeenschap, die rechtstreeks van toepassing is in elke Lid-Staat.
Within the framework of the foregoing provisions, the Commission shall coordinate the procedures for reintroducing normal customs duties, in particular by notifying the date common to the whole of the Community and directly applicable in each Member State.
