Providers of online intermediation services shall treat goods or services offered to consumers through those online intermediation services by that provider itself or any business users which that provider controls, on the one hand, and, competing goods or services offered through the online intermediation service by other business users on the other hand, equally, without discrimination, unless such differentiated treatment is applied in anon-discriminatory manner between all other business users and can be objectively justified in accordance with the general principles of Union law.
