204 Dado que la demandante no ha formulado ningún argumento que permita cuestionar la pertinencia de la extrapolación de la apreciación relativa a la libre circulación de mercancías al examen de una vulneración de la libertad de establecimiento y, en particular, dado que no ha presentado ningún argumento mediante el que niegue la justificación de un eventual obstáculo a la libertad de establecimiento por razones de garantía de la seguridad del suministro (véase, en este sentido, la sentencia de 26 de marzo de 2009, Comisión/Italia, C‐326/07, Rec, EU:C:2009:193, apartado 69 y jurisprudencia citada), procede igualmente desestimar la alegación basada en la infracción del artículo 49 TFUE.
204 Since the applicant did not put forward any arguments calling into question the appropriateness of applying the assessment relating to the free movement of goods to the review of a breach of the freedom of establishment and, in particular, since it did not put forward any arguments disputing the justification of a possible restriction of the freedom of establishment on grounds of safeguarding security of supply (see, to that effect, judgment of 26 March 2009 in Commission v Italy, C‐326/07, ECR, EU:C:2009:193, paragraph 69 and the case-law cited), the objection alleging infringement of Article 49 TFEU must also be rejected.EurLex-2 EurLex-2
