betreurt het feit dat de raming door de Rekenkamer van het waarschijnlijkste foutenpercentage op basis van het door haar uitgevoerde jaarlijkse onderzoek en de momenteel gehanteerde methode enerzijds en de praktijk van de Commissie om te verwijzen naar het nettorestfoutenpercentage over een periode van meer dan één jaar anderzijds, niet met elkaar verenigbaar zijn; is van mening dat de aanpak op basis van het restfoutenpercentage in zijn huidige vorm geen vergelijkbare gegevens voor de jaarlijkse kwijtingsprocedure oplevert; stelt met tevredenheid vast dat de Commissie het met de Rekenkamer eens is dat bijkomende gekwantificeerde gegevens moeten worden gevonden; verzoekt de Commissie de ontwikkeling van de essentiële indicator om de financiële impact van restfouten te schatten, binnen de hiervoor uitgetrokken periode te voltooien, d.w.z. uiterlijk in 2013;
Regrets the lack of compatibility between the Court of Auditors’ estimation of the most likely error rate based on the annual approach of the Court of Auditors and current methodology, on one hand, and the Commission’s practice to refer to the net residual error rate covering more than one year, on the other hand; believes that the approach based on the residual error rate in its current form does not provide comparable data for the annual discharge procedure; notes with satisfaction that the Commission agrees with the Court of Auditors that further quantified evidence should be found; calls on the Commission to complete the process of developing the key indicator to estimate the financial impact of residual error within the set timeframe, i.e. by 2013;EurLex-2 EurLex-2
