Wellicht is het vanzelfsprekend, maar nu verzoeker in het hoofdgeding veel nadruk legt op het tweede deel van de term "vitivinicola", wil ik er toch op wijzen dat het eerste deel van die term op de wingerd doelt, die maar één product voortbrengt, dat zowel voor de productie van wijn kan worden aangewend als, als gewone vrucht, kan worden gegeten.
