121 Moreover, concerning the dispute arising from the application of the selection criteria for English courses at the summer universities laid on for 2012, the Director did not make a manifest error of assessment in deciding to require the applicant to apologise, through an e-mail addressed to the same persons as those to whom she had got into the habit of sending her copious correspondence concerning the Head of Unit (in the present case, all members of the Unit), for having implied that the Head of Unit had not correctly applied the criteria for taking part in those courses (see also judgment in CW v Parliament, EU:F:2014:186, paragraphs 71, 72 and 74).EurLex-2 EurLex-2
