3.5.1. De ECB merkt op dat luidens artikel 16, lid 1, van het voorstel een beheerder voor de vaststelling van de benchmark gebruikte invoergegevens direct na de publicatie van de benchmark moet publiceren, behalve wanneer de publicatie ernstige negatieve gevolgen zou hebben voor de bijdragers of de benchmarkbetrouwbaarheid of -integriteit zou aantasten, in welk geval publicatie uitgesteld mag worden totdat de gevolgen aanzienlijk afnemen.
