Sinds 1995 zijn slechts drie enquêtecommissies ingesteld: - TRANSIT - communautair douanevervoer, - ESB1 - BSE (boviene spongiforme encefalopathie), - EQUI - crisis bij de Equitable Life Assurance Society.
