118 Third, it is settled law that the fact that an undertaking does not abide by the outcome of meetings which have a manifestly anti-competitive purpose is not such as to relieve it of full responsibility for the fact that it participated in the cartel, if it has not publicly distanced itself from what was agreed in the meetings (see, for example, the judgment in Case T-141/89 Tréfileurope Sales v Commission [1995] ECR II-791, paragraph 85).
118 För det tredje framgår det av fast rättspraxis att den omständigheten, att ett företag inte rättar sig efter resultaten av möten som haft ett uppenbart konkurrensbegränsande syfte, inte innebär att företagets ansvar på grund av att det har deltagit i överenskommelsen bortfaller, så länge det inte offentligt tagit avstånd från dessa mötens innehåll (se till exempel förstainstansrättens dom av den 6 april 1995 i mål T-141/89, Tréfileurope mot kommissionen, REG 1995, s.
