Desde esta perspectiva, resulta indubitado que el consumidor medio de Chipre, donde el griego y el turco son lenguas oficiales, entenderá las palabras «halloumi» y «hellim» en el sentido de que se remiten, ambas, al mismo queso especial chipriota [véanse, en este sentido, la sentencia del Tribunal General de 9 de marzo de 2005, Osotspa/OAMI — Distribution & Marketing (Hai), T-33/03, Rec. p. II-763, apartado 51, y, respecto de la marca colectiva Rioja y la marca solicitada Riojavina, la sentencia del Tribunal General de 9 de junio de 2010, Muñoz Arraiza/OAMI — Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja (RIOJAVINA), T-138/09, Rec. p. II-2317, apartado 52].
