Article 1(2) of Directive 77/452/EEC as amended by Directive 2001/19/EC and most recently by Annex II of the Act Concerning the Conditions of Accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia and the Adjustments to the Treaties on which the European Union is Founded is hereby amended as follows:

(1) Er moeten overgangsmaatregelen worden getroffen om Verordening (EG) nr. 1673/2000 van de Raad van 27 juli 2000 houdende een gemeenschappelijke ordening der markten in de sector vezelvlas en -hennep(1) naar behoren te kunnen toepassen ten aanzien van de verwerkers in Tjechië, Estland, Letland, Litouwen, Hongarije, Polen en Slowakije (hierna "de nieuwe producerende lidstaten" genoemd).
(1) Transitional measures should be laid down to ensure correct application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1673/2000 of 27 July 2000 on the common organisation of the markets in flax and hemp grown for fibre(1) to processors in the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as the new producer Member States).

Bij de huidige stand van zaken zouden Hongarije, Roemenië, Letland, Portugal, Griekenland en Ierland betroffen zijn door deze verordening; hun totale toewijzingen in het kader van het cohesiebeleid voor de periode 2007-2013 zou in feite ongewijzigd blijven..
To date, the countries concerned by this regulation would be: Hungary, Romania, Latvia, Portugal, Greece and Ireland; and in fact their overall allocation under cohesion policy for the period 2007-2013 would remain unchanged.

Hongarije heeft al gereageerd, Slovenië is aan het reageren, een reactie van de Tschechische Republiek blijft uit en wat Slowakije betreft, zijn we nog in afwachting van een reactie.

In the light of the foregoing, I propose that the Court answer the questions referred by the Szegedi Közigazgatási és Munkaügyi Bíróság (Administrative and Labour Court, Szeged, Hungary) as follows:
